My name is Jamie, and I am the founder of Four Paws Dog Running. I discovered the amazing benefits of running after seeing the difference running made in my own dog, Ari. Ari is a typical high-energy Boxer, and daily walks just didn’t seem to be enough to drain his endless energy. Soon Ari started to exhibit some destructive behaviors such as aggression and anxiety. I decided to start bringing Ari along on my daily runs, and the difference was soon apparent. Consistent exercise gives him the chance to burn off excess energy and allows our dog to become calmer and more relaxed. Running brought peace to our home and I know that it can do the same for others! I am a dog lover and avid runner. I’m a true believer that a tired dog is a good dog, as I’ve experienced it first hand! I look forward to providing a fun and challenging exercise routine for your dog.
